These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Fengmei website at fengmeisla.club and the home visit makeup artistry services provided by Fengmei ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

• Service – the home visit makeup artistry sessions offered by Fengmei
• Client / User / You – the individual accessing the website or booking a session
• We / Us / Our – Fengmei, based in Kaohsiung, Taiwan
• Session – a booked makeup appointment delivered at the client's location
• Agreement – these Terms and Conditions, together with any booking confirmation

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a booking enquiry, confirming a session, or using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian make the booking on your behalf.

3. Service Description

Fengmei provides professional home visit makeup artistry across Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Services include the Minimal Glow Session (NT$1,500), Corporate Presentation Look (NT$4,800), and Ceremony & Celebration Look (NT$20,500). Full service descriptions are available on the Solutions page. Services are delivered in person at the client's chosen location within Kaohsiung.

4. Bookings and Scheduling

• All bookings are made by contacting Fengmei via the website form, email, or phone
• Availability is confirmed by Fengmei in writing or by call
• Ceremony bookings include a planning call prior to the session date
• For ceremony sessions, a partial deposit is required to confirm the date
• Fengmei will confirm arrival time 24 hours ahead of the session

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours ahead: no charge for standard sessions
• Cancellations made within 48 hours: 50% of the session fee may be retained
• Ceremony session deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of the event
• Fengmei will offer rescheduling where feasible if cancellation is required on our part

6. Payment

• Payment is made at the time of the session in New Taiwan Dollars (NT$)
• Accepted methods: Line Pay, cash, bank transfer
• Ceremony sessions require a deposit at booking; the balance is due on the day
• Prices are as listed on our Solutions page and are subject to change without prior notice for future bookings

7. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure the session space has adequate lighting and a clear working area
• Notify Fengmei of any skin sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions prior to the session
• Be present at the agreed time and location
• Treat the makeup artist and their equipment with care and respect

8. Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to disrupt its operation, or to reproduce its content without permission. The website is provided for the purpose of learning about and booking Fengmei's services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, design, and images, belongs to Fengmei or is used with permission. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

10. Photography and Media

Fengmei does not photograph clients or share session images without explicit written consent. If you share photos from your session that credit Fengmei on social media, you grant Fengmei the right to share those photos with acknowledgment of the original source, unless you notify us otherwise.

11. Disclaimers

Services are provided with professional care and skill. However, Fengmei does not provide guarantees of specific outcomes. Reactions to cosmetic products, while rare and addressed through our pre-session consultation process, are the responsibility of the client to disclose in advance. The website is provided "as is" without warranties regarding availability or accuracy.

12. Limitation of Liability

Fengmei's liability for any claim arising from a session or website use is limited to the value of the session fee paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Termination

Either party may cancel a booking in accordance with the cancellation terms in Section 5. Fengmei reserves the right to decline future bookings from clients who have acted in breach of these terms or who have been abusive toward our team.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kaohsiung City, Taiwan.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with the updated date shown above. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
