Which areas of Kaohsiung does Fengmei serve?
Fengmei covers central and southern Kaohsiung, including Qianjin, Lingya, Zuoying, Xinxing, and surrounding districts. If you're unsure whether your address is reachable, a quick message will clarify it within a day.
How far ahead should I book a session?
For casual sessions, a few days' notice is usually fine. For ceremony looks — especially weddings or major celebrations — booking four to eight weeks in advance is recommended. This allows time for a planning call and product preparation.
What should I prepare before the artist arrives?
A clean, moisturized face is ideal. Good natural light near a window helps the process. Beyond that, nothing else is needed — Fengmei brings all tools and products and sets up quickly with minimal disruption to your space.
Can I share my skin concerns or sensitivities beforehand?
Absolutely. This is encouraged. When you reach out to book, please mention any sensitivities, allergies, or skin conditions. Fengmei selects products thoughtfully and will adjust the kit accordingly before arriving.
What is the payment process?
Payment is made at the time of the session. Line Pay, cash, and bank transfer are all accepted. For ceremony bookings, a partial deposit is requested at the time of scheduling to confirm the date.
Is a consultation included with ceremony bookings?
Yes. Every Ceremony & Celebration Look includes a pre-event planning call to discuss your theme, outfit colors, venue lighting, and personal preferences. This helps Fengmei prepare a look that photographs well and feels right for your day.
